Maier Corp Sales Policies

Below you will find the sales terms and conditions put in place by Maier Corp. Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they are meant to help you the customer and Maier Corp resolve unforeseen issues as seamlessly as possible. Make certain that when you receive the product, the first order of business will be to check freight for any signs of damage with carrier driver present. If damage is found please refuse shipment, document (note or write) on driver’s manifest that you are refusing freight due to damage and contact Maier Corp immediately at (510) 581-7600 to report shipment condition. If product has arrived in good condition the next step will be to check-fit the part or component for fitment as soon as possible. If any fitment or workmanship issues emerge please contact Maier Corp right away at (510) 581-7600 and we will resolve your issue in an expedient manner.


All Maier Corp products are guarantee against defects in workmanship and or material. Defects must be reported to Maier Corp within 30 days of product receipt, or warranty is void. Any modifications to the part will void warranty. Returns of defective products will only be replaced or a credit will be issued. Do not return any items without prior authorization from Maier Corp. Please make note of the person’s name that has issued the authorization. Labor or any other monetary expense regarding any part sold is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges and Returns

Merchandise may be exchanged at full value only within 30 days of product receipt and with Maier Corp’s permission. Any modifications to parts will void any returns. All merchandise returned for refund (unless defective) is subject to a 20% service charge. Shipping for all exchanges must be prepaid with customer responsible for its safety in return. If the product is not properly packaged the customer will be responsible for any damaged incurred by the product during transit.

Freight and postage

Orders are sent freight collect (Truck shipments collect). All non-U.S. orders must include shipping, as we are unable to send any orders outside the U.S. on a collect basis.


Always provide complete description of material desired e.g. fiberglass or carbon fiber. Please specify model, make, year, and other pertinent information regarding your vehicle.

Send certified check or money order, MasterCard, Visa and Discover number to Maier Corp. Please do not send Cash or stamps. California residents add 8.25% sales tax. All personal Checks will be held three weeks for bank clearance. COD orders will not be accepted. No charge cards when ordering a Maier Corp catalog except, if you are out of the country.

Generally, we at Maier Corp try to anticipate and announce price increases. However, we reserve the right to change prices and withdraw products without prior notice.

Special orders

Any order and purchase of product that is not shown on our website is considered to be a SPECIAL ORDER. There are no refunds on special order purchases, only instore credit. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all special ordered products returned to Maier Corp. 

Returns on special ordered products will be accepted only within 30 days of product receipt and with Maier Corp’s permission.
